Mueller, Owner of Scotty's Saloon and Scotch & Prime Steakhouse!
Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around? This
is OUR 5th year – we opened in 2018. We are a full-service
Restaurant/Bar & Grill with LIVE Music + a fine dining steak house
on site, Scotty’s Scotch & Prime. We are located at the Historical
Booth Trading Post.
How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
We
both love to cook & love LIVE music. We find happiness in making
others happy with food, fun and family! We offer indoor and outdoor
options and have AC and heating!
Tell us a couple things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for?
We are very proud that our business is locally, and family owned and operated.
What separates you from the competition? 
We
are the only family friendly Saloon in town! Our food is prepared fresh
daily, NO FROZEN to FRYER pre-made items. We are known for good food,
live music and a great family hangout. We are also a great venue to host
your parties and special events. We offer a large menu with options for
everyone, even the kiddos.
Our Bar is full service. There is a large variety of flight options from
champagne to beers to mix drinks. We also are proud to introduce a full menu of mocktails!
What is your favorite part of running this business?
Providing a fun and safe place for Families & Friends to get together & share quality time.
Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?
Everyone!
That’s what’s best about our place, whether you’re looking for a nice
family place, a romantic date night or just to hang out and listen to
music. We’ve got you covered!
Can you tell us something about yourself as a business owner? What is your background?
We
are the best place to book your large or small events. We cater to your
needs at a very reasonable price and work around most budgets.
How do you see your business growing and improving over the next couple of years?
We
want to be the first place people think of when they want to go out. We
plan to do that by continuing to offer local concert series, events,
game nights and keeping our menu and facility up to date.
Are there any special promotions you’d like to mention?
YES,
we are having our Fall concert series, our next concert is on Friday,
November 10th featuring Johnny Lee and Urban Cowboy Band Live with Will
Carter Band.
