Woman with Six Warrants Arrested in Katy Family DisputePRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Warrant Arrest In KatyConstable Terry Allbritton's Katy Units were dispatched to a family disturbance in the 22100 block of Fincastle Dr. where a female was trying to leave with the couple’s child. Deputies arrived on scene and the reportee advised the female had been drinking and he was afraid she would take the baby and drive intoxicated. While conducting the investigation, the parties were all identified and the female was found to have 6 class C misdemeanor warrants for her arrest. The warrants were confirmed, and the female was detained without incident. The female was then transported to the Harris County Jail.
