PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Unlicensed Driver Arrested In Katy

On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Constable Terry Allbritton's deputies conducted a traffic stop near the 5000 block of E 5th St in Katy for a car with an expired registration. Deputies determined the 25-year-old driver had no valid driver's license. The driver refused to exit the vehicle despite multiple lawful commands. He ultimately removed himself and, after consultation with the Harris County District Attorney's Office, he was arrested on charges of Interference with Public Duties.
