PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: DWI Arrest On Katy Tollway
 
On August 8, 2025, Toll Road Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office conducted a traffic stop on the Katy Tollway at Mason Rd. for Fail to Drive in a Single lane, drove on the shoulder, and Fail to Signal lane change. The male driver displayed multiple signs of impairment. After a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, he was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated.

Great job Constable Terry Allbritton's Deputies. Another intoxicated driver off the roads before they injured or killed someone.
