If there is a Realtor sign out front, you could call the number posted to see if they want to see your pictures. If there was someone living at the house, they might have wanted to show the pictures to the Police so that they could possibly get the people that drove through their lawn to pay for damages done. Other than that, there may not be much that you can do.

Something's wrong here. Storm drains and sanitary sewer system are not connected. A blocked storm drain should have sewage in it. Unless, that is, if it's decaying yard clippings that have been illegally swept or blown into the storm drains by "professionals" or ignorant/inconsiderate homeowners.

@BowsKaty: I dont know tbh. I was told the drains on our street are the only storm drains like on the whole block. And the water in the street very clearly looked like sewage was swirling through it. Also the sewage access hole in front of my house had water gushing out of it

I don't know where you are, but it sounds like either the city or your utility district has a serious problem and may be creating a health hazard.

@BowsKaty: luckily I rent so I hope we wont be here . Idk where we will live next but this current location is obv not ideal LOL also the sewage access hole is literally in my driveway
