Street Flooding Risk and Area Flooding possible both today and Sunday. Flash Flooding is also possible. Stay weather aware and alert. The ground is over saturated and any heavy rain will drain quickly into the streets/roads. Don't drive through high water - Turn around and don't drown.

A Flood Advisory has just been issued for Fort Bend, Harris and surrounding Counties until 4 pm Saturday.

I know! There were some thunderstorms at my house mid-morning but the rain wasn't heavy. And at about 2 pm today there was lightning at a distance, but just a few brief light rain showers at my house. Sunny here most of the afternoon. Glad we dodged the heavy rain and street flooding today.
