Family Assault Investigation Leads to Arrest in Katy 
Constable Terry Allbritton's Deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of Grand Junction Drive regarding a family disturbance. During the initial investigation, deputies determined that the suspect had assaulted the victim, causing physical pain.
After consulting with the Harris County District Attorney's Office, charges for assault-family violence were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Jail.
