Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton's Office responded to the scene and reviewed video evidence showing the suspect confronting the workers with a knife before returning to his residence.Deputies established communication with the suspect, who later exited the home and was taken into custody without incident. After consulting with the Harris County District Attorney's Office, the suspect was charged with Aggravated Assault.
