Cypress Drive-By Shooting Suspect Arrested in Katy

On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton's Strategic Response Unit, assisted by the Harris County Sheriff's Office, executed a felony warrant in the 3600 block of Lake Varano Circle.

Authorities arrested 20-year-old Cayden Wilridge, who was wanted on charges of felony evading arrest and deadly conduct in connection with a drive-by shooting in Cypress.

Wilridge was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Harris County Jail
