On December 7, 2025, deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Katy units responded to a report of a verbal disturbance in the 20300 block of Prince Creek Dr. One of the involved parties left the scene prior to deputies’ arrival. During the investigation, deputies identified the female and discovered she had an active felony warrant for Injury to an Elderly Person related to an assault on her mother.
On December 8, 2025, deputies followed up at the same location, located the suspect, and took her into custody. She was booked into the Harris County Jail on the outstanding felony warrant.

The daughter, suspect, needs to stay locked up in jail. Disgusting that an adult child would assault their own mother.

This is terrible! There is nothing worse than injury to the elderly or to a child. Jailtime should be lengthened!
