Katy School Zone Speeder Found With 4 WarrantsConstable Terry Allbritton's Katy units conducted a traffic stop in the 21200 block of Highland Knolls Drive after observing a driver speeding through a school zone. During the stop, deputies learned the vehicle’s registration had been expired since 2017.Further investigation revealed the driver also had four active warrants, including two from Precinct 4 and two from Precinct 5. Deputies also determined the driver’s license had been expired since 2013.The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Jail, where he was booked on the outstanding warrants.
