PRECINCT FIVE IN ACTION - Expired Registration Location: 4400 block of Rustic Montell Ln. PCT 5 deputy with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office coducyed a traffic stop for expired registration. The driver was arrested for 4x Class. C warrants, pc search was conducted due to the odor of marijuana. passenger admitted having it , ADA declined charges. Driver was placed on marijujana diversion program.
