PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Drunk Driver Arrested After Two-Car Accident In Katy
Constable Terry Allbritton's Katy-area deputies observed a minor crash at the intersection of Westgreen Blvd and the Katy Freeway service road. After speaking with both drivers, deputies noted signs of impairment in one of the individuals involved. A field sobriety test was conducted, and the male driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Unlawful Carry of Weapon.
