Son Arrested for Blocking Mother's 911 Call in Katy

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Son Arrested For Interfering With Mom's 911 Call

Constable Terry Allbritton's Katy-area deputies were dispatched to a Family Disturbance in the 1100 block of Rennie Drive. Upon investigation, deputies learned the suspect took his mother's cell phone to prevent her from calling 911. When she went next door for the neighbor's assistance, the suspect then locked her out of her house. The suspect was arrested for Interference with Emergency Request for Assistance.

Family disputes are terrible, Geez and then between a son and mother. When I was growing up, I can't imagine ever disrespecting my elders much less my parents. If I ever stepped out of line, just their glance at me would tell me exactly what was coming up.

Good to know that Constable Terry Allbritton's Deputies arrived in time before the situation got worse. Hope the son has to stay in jail for awhile.
