Two Arrested During Routine Traffic Stop in KatyPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Two Arrested After Traffic Stop In KatyConstable Terry Allbritton's deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Anthony-Hay Ln for a vehicle with an expired registration. Deputies approached the vehicle and observed the passenger to have marijuana in his lap. Deputies detained all occupants of the vehicle. The passenger was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Harris County Jail. The Driver was cited for Expired Registration and Expired Drivers License.
