Man Charged for Blocking Emergency Call During Katy Dispute
RECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Man Arrested In Katy Disturbance
Constable Terry Allbritton's Katy deputies were dispatched to the 21300 block of Park Run Drive in reference to a Family Disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies learned a male suspect took the cell phone of his ex-girlfriend to prevent her from calling for emergency assistance. He was taken into custody for Interfering with Request of Emergency Services.
