schools stopped checking for LICE

Did you know schools can not check for head lice these days??? Well, it is true, and they are not required to send you home if you have head lice, unless its physically visible and crawling. Who else is thinking what in the world?? Not to mention you can get lice from anywhere, swimming pools, trampoline places, schools, churches, airplanes, and so many more places like hair salons, Ubers, and more

My mother used to be a preschool teacher years ago and lice was a huge problem. Sometimes they'd catch it at the school after it had already "made the head rounds." Sometimes she brought it home. After the third time my Dad "threatened" to move out of the house. He hated those treatments. LOL.

I agree, that's why I try to let all parents, teachers and anyone I meet that there is real help out there
