Katy Traffic Stop Leads to Multiple Charge ArrestPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Traffic Stop Ends In Arrest In KatyConstable Terry Allbritton's Katy-area deputies observed a vehicle traveling with defective tail lamps in the 21900 block of Provincial Boulevard. During the traffic stop, deputies determined the driver was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and without insurance. Further investigation revealed the driver had a prior conviction for the same offense. The driver was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions and on a Class C warrant.
