Katy Teen Arrested for Rock Throwing and Threats of ArsonPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Teen Arrested For Harassing ParentsConstable Terry Allbritton's deputies were dispatched to the 22100 block of Birch Valley Drive in reference to a 17-year-old male who slashed his parent's tire. He was cited for Criminal Mischief. Approximately 3 hours later, deputies were dispatched again in reference to the same male threatening to start fires inside and outside the home. He also threatened to damage his mother's car windows and began throwing rocks at the home. Deputies returned and arrested the teen for Harassment. He was taken to the Harris County Jail.
