Katy Intruder Promptly Detained, Faces Burglary ChargesPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Burglar Caught Inside Katy HomeConstable Terry Allbritton's Katy Units were dispatched to a Suspicious Person call in the 22800 block of Deville Dr near Concordia Dr. where a reportee saw a male walking into the backyard of a home for sale. Deputies arrived and found the male in the home and he was detained without incident. The male had gained access by breaking a window. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and charges were accepted for burglary of a habitation. The male was transported to the Harris County Jail and released to jail staff.
