Katy Family Involved in Investigation of Assault on LandscapersPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: It's A Family Affair; Father, Son and Mom Implicated In Assault InvestigationDeputies were dispatched to the 2400 block of Bristol Band Ln near Westgreen Blvd in regards to a disturbance where a father and son got into a physical altercation with a landscaping crew. The son was arrested on charges of assault. The father left the scene but deputies obtained a warrant for his arrest. The mother, who was on the scene as well, was arrested for filing a false report as she tried to mislead deputies by identifying her brother-in-law as the one who participated in the assault and then left the scene.
