Illegal Parking Leads to Arrest in Katy for Larceny in Dallas County 
PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Larceny Suspect Arrested While actively patrolling the Katy area, Constable Terry Allbritton’s deputies observed an 18-wheeler illegally parked in a “No parking” area in the 21400 block of Julie Marie Ln. Contact was made with the driver who returned to the scene. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Dallas County for larceny. The warrant was confirmed, and the male was taken into custody for the warrant without incident. The male was then transported to the Harris County Jail where he will await extradition to Dallas County.
