FYI: There will be a Trump protest on Saturday June 14 at 901 Avenue C in Katy from noon to 1 pm. Choices are: avoid the area or join in.

It's also happening from 10-12am at Houston City Hall, 901 Bagby St, I feel that it might be a whole day protest around the Houston area on Saturday, so everyone please be safe and hopefully these will be peaceful

@SaranR: I would guess the Houston protest would last longer, as they will probably have a larger attendance.

I completely agree, I feel like it will be a whole day, unless you're joining the protest I would suggest to stay home

Or show up with an American flag and counter protest - in other words, support our President.

May want to also consider that it's pride month- may play a part somehow
We plan to avoid the crowds on Saturday. Especially since so many peaceful protests have attracted violent troublemakers in past/recent years. Otherwise, we would love to go to peacefully protest.
Avoid the areas, if at all possible, look at what is happening in other cities. Prayers for all our law enforcement that is trying to keep everyone safe. If you are around there for those that work in the areas and have no choice, just be safe around you.
@AJ :
I'm in total agreement with you, just hoping it's a peaceful protest with everyone returning safety home

I would guess that Katy is such small potatoes, that the people funding these operations won't want to spend money here. However, if you live within about ten blocks of City Hall, you might want to be at home and alert. Entrance to our little subdivision is about 17 blocks up Avenue D from City Hall. I've spoken to a few neighbors, and they're staying home Saturday all day and evening--and "preparing for the worst." I can't speak to what that preparation may mean. Personally, I hope it rains all day and night on Saturday.
