Driver Caught Double the Legal Limit by Precinct 5

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Drunk Driver Arrested, 2X Legal Limit

On June 13th, at approximately 1:08 am, Constable Terry Allbritton's deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving without lights in the 600 block of Park Grove Drive near S. Mason Rd. Upon contact, Deputies noticed multiple signs of intoxication and the driver was placed in custody for DWI. The driver was over double the legal limit.
