Deputies Arrest Felony Suspect in Katy on Intoxication Assault WarrantPRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Intoxication Assault Suspect Arrested In KatyDeputies from Constable Terry Allbritton‘s Office were dispatched to a warrant service at a motel located in the 21300 block of the Katy Fwy. Upon arriving, deputies contacted the suspect in his hotel room where he gave up peacefully. Felony warrants of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance were confirmed and the male was transported to the Harris County Jail. The male was also in possession of multiple ID’s and postal mailbox keys which are being investigated as well.
