Deputies Arrest DWI Suspect in Katy with Child Passenger Charge

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Felony DWI Suspect Arrested

On July 12, 2025, Constable Terry Allbritton's deputies were dispatched to the 20400 block of Broadsky Dr regarding a family disturbance. After further investigation, it was learned that one of the family members was wanted for a Felony Warrant for DWI with a child passenger out of the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
