Damage at Katy Hotel Ends with Criminal Mischief Arrest
Constable Terry Allbritton’s deputies responded to a disturbance at a hotel in the 20400 block of Julie Marie Lane. When they arrived, they found the occupant actively damaging the room, causing an estimated $1,500 in destruction.
The individual was issued a criminal trespass warning from the property and was arrested for Criminal Mischief.
