Arrest Made in Katy Auto BurglariesOn February 16, deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton were dispatched to the 23300 block of Tirino Shores Drive in reference to two suspicious individuals pulling on vehicle door handles. While searching the area, a resident flagged down deputies and directed them to where he last observed the suspects.Deputies attempted to stop the male suspects, who fled on foot. One suspect was quickly apprehended. Investigators later obtained video footage showing the suspect breaking into a vehicle and stealing items.The male was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Evading on Foot.
