I-10 E at Grand Parkway is currently closed until at least 6:30 pm today. An 18 Wheeler is dangling from the overpass ramp. Appears that there is another 18 Wheeler with front end damage there, and a few other vehicles may be involved. Both I-10 E and the feeder road are blocked according to the news report. Traffic is bumper to bumper heading West on I-10, and heavy congestion on Grand Parkway. Check your Traffic Maps before you drive in or around the area.

I hope there was no structural damage to the roads because that would mean road construction. Just glad there was only the two drivers with minor injuries and nothing major.

I, too, hope that there wasn't any structural damage caused by this accident. So many 18 Wheeler accidents weekly.

We were traveling through Houston on Tuesday afternoon and there were at least Fifteen 18 Wheelers that we saw. All of them were going from side to side in their lane and about half of them were going over some into the lane next to theirs. We just knew that an accident would happen at any time! Needless to say, we kept our distance from all of them. The freeways are really getting to be much more dangerous than they used to be in the past.

There was some structural damage since there were pieces of concrete that fell below.

I bet that was so scary for the drivers. Glad they will be ok.
