Deputies Make Family Assault Arrest in Katy
Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office responded to a family disturbance at the 1400 block of S. Fry Rd. During the investigation, it was determined that an assault had occurred between involved parties. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges for Family Assault, and the suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail.
