I was wondering about the 2022 date as well. It must be an old notice from 2022 because the Dog Park, Howl-o-ween, event is on Saturday the 25th this year.

It looks like Saturday is a Weather Alert Day per the Weather Reports. 90% chance of strong thunderstorms, possible tornadoes, street flooding, and strong winds. But, so many times the weather predictions have changed drastically at the last minute. We definitely need rain, but not any severe storms.
