Two Arrested Following Domestic Assault Incident in Katy

From Terry Allbritton, Harris County Constable Precinct 5:

Precinct 5 In Action - Aggravated Assault Family Member

Precinct 5 deputies were dispatched to Aggravated Assault Family Member call at the 900 block Grand Junction Dr. in Katy. The reportee called 911 from a neighbor’s house reporting that her boyfriend had assaulted her striking her with closed fists, a metal bar and strangled her. EMS checked her out and transported her to the hospital. The suspect was arrested for Aggravated Assault Family Member Impeding Breath.

The complainant was also arrested for violating her bond conditions by being around the suspect.

Not sure how to react to this one. If she was suppose to keep her distance from him, what was she doing there? Not saying she deserves what happened, because it should never be that. But if the bond condition stated she was to stay away, then stay away!

Exactly!!! She should have known better and kept her distance from him as per her bond condition. Now she may now have to go back to jail. Sorry she was injured.

I completely agree it's a hard one as feel bad for her but at the same time, restrictions were put in place for her own protection that she did not follow
