Protective Order Violation Leads to Arrest in Katy
PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Protective Order Violation Lands Katy Man In Jail
Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton's Office received a call for a male destroying property in a home in which he was a tenant in the 1000 block of Western Springs near Peek Rd. in Katy. When deputies arrived, the male tried to escape on foot but was apprehended after a short chase. Deputies discovered the man had a protective order against him and he was arrested for violating that order.
