Precinct 5 Officers Arrest Man for Indecent Exposure

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Indecent Exposure Arrest In Katy
On May 12, 2025, deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 1800 block of Westgreen near Highland Knolls. A concerned citizen reported a black male was making unsolicited advances towards an 18-year-old female. The male was found by the responding deputies and, after a thorough investigation, he was placed in custody for Indecent Exposure. He was transported to the Harris County Jail.
