Pet Pantry Event at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church West Campus
Constable Ted Heap is partnering with their friends at the Houston Humane Society to host another distribution of free pet food to those who are in need.
The pet food distribution will be at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 13186 Memorial Dr., on Thursday, July 28. Pet food will be distributed from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., or while supplies last.
The Houston Humane Pet Pantry was created in March 2020 to help pet owners that were financially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Gary Poon, Executive Director at the Houston Humane Society states, “Constable Heap has always been a great supporter of animals and in protecting their rights. We are happy to once again bring a Pet Pantry event to his Precinct and help pet owners help feed their pets.”
This first come, first serve event is open to anyone in the community who is in need of pet food. To find out more information please go to:
