Deputies Arrest Man for Elderly Injury in Katy Incident

From Constable Terry Allbritton's Office:

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Man Arrested For Injury To Elderly

Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton's Office were dispatched to a family disturbance call in the 22600 block of John Rolfe Ln. near Franz Rd. in Katy. After further investigation, one male was charged with Injury to the Elderly and taken to the Harris County Jail.

Ughhh..... I hope he gets what he deserves for hurting a defenseless elderly person. Glad he was caught and at least out of that house for a while. Hopefully this elderly person has another caretaker or can move out of this place and be safe.
