PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Trespassing Suspect Arrested
 
Precinct 5 deputies were dispatched to a Criminal Trespass call at 22600 Birch Point Dr in Katy this afternoon. The reportee advised she found someone in a home owned by a local church. The suspect was detained without incident and ultimately arrested for Criminal Trespass.

Thank you to the individual who reported this and glad all is ok. Thank you Constables for taking this person away and hope his charges are to the max and he is kept off the streets for a long time.
