Constable Ted Heap's K9 Deputies Showcase Their Crime-Fighting Skills

Constable Ted Heap's K9 deputies joined their Teen Police Academy at Spring Branch ISD's Guthrie Center last week, putting on a demonstration on how they help their deputies keep their streets clean of drugs and dangerous criminals. These K9s and their handlers are valuable members of their department as they protect their deputies in dangerous situations. The kids got to see their dogs in action up-close and they had a lot of great questions about the job they do on patrol. #constabletedheap #yourconstable

K-9 deputies are so amazing. These wonderful K-9's put themselves in the front line ahead of their trainer. I had a friend in San Antonio that was at one of the air bases and her son was a K-9 trainer. They go through so much extensive training. Applause to all our K-9 units!!!
