He personally went to the municipal court building and presented this proclamation to Faviola Rodriguez, Municipal Court Clerk, and staff members earlier in the week and also to Judge Brashear. Municipal courts play a significant role in preserving public safety and promoting quality of life in Texas and the public impression of the entire Texas judicial system is largely dependent upon the public's experience in municipal court.
