Surveillance Footage: Man Swipes Cellphone from Shopper's Basket

WANTED: Cellphone Opportunist
Constable Ted Heap is asking for your help identifying a suspect wanted for stealing a cellphone out of a shopper's basket at a popular Southwest Houston department store.
The victim left her shopping cart unattended briefly while shopping in the 2700 block of Eldridge Parkway on Friday, Sept. 22. She returned moments later to find her cellphone missing.
Store surveillance cameras showed the suspect walking by the cart and picking up the cellphone as he passed by. The suspect is described as a white male with tattoos covering both wrists as well as his full right arm. He has light brown hair and a short haircut and is wearing a black shirt, dark shorts, red backpack and black sneakers.
