Constable Ted Heap's Team Apprehends Repeat Offender Wanted on 14 Crimes

Deputies from Constable Ted Heap's Strategic Response Unit, working with the Harris County Viper Task Force, took custody this week of a man wanted on a half dozen criminal charges.
Montell Lee Hurrington, 24, was arrested in the 16600 block of Seminary Ridge Lane. He was wanted on three felony warrants and three additional warrants for assaulting a family member, assaulting a pregnant person, cruelty to a non-livestock animal, felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful restraint and interference with an emergency request for assistance.
Precinct 5 is part of the Harris County Viper Task Force which was formed in 2022 to find and arrest thousands of accused criminals wanted for violent crimes.
Hurrington has been arrested and charged with a total of 14 crimes since 2016 in Harris County alone. #constabletedheap #yourconstable
