Utility Camera Inspection in Katy expected to begin on May 23, 2023The City of Katy has hired a third-party service provider to conduct utility camera inspection and cleaning for the stormwater infrastructure system in the area adjacent to Eula Morgan Road along the border of the City of Katy.
