National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

Once again Katy ISD Police Department in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will be participating in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 10am-2pm located at the Katy ISD Law Enforcement Center, 20370 Franz Rd Katy, TX 77449. Collection efforts will take place in the lobby of the KISD Law Enforcement Center where residents can drop off unused/expired medication for proper disposal. No needles will be accepted.

Great to know, thanks. I usually take these unused prescriptions to the pharmacy. They provide special sealed bags to place these in.

Great information. I, too, take old & unused prescriptions to the Pharmacy drop box.

This is another great opportunity for those in the community who don't know how or where to drop off unused or expired medications. Thank you to Katy Police dept for doing this!
