Movin' On UpCongratulations to Captain Lance Anderson and Sergeants Arland Glover and Jesse Flores who were all recently promoted by Constable Ted Heap. Capt. Anderson has been protecting and serving the people of Precinct 5 for 16 years in their Toll Road and Parks Divisions. Sgt. Glover, a seven-year Pct. 5 veteran was promoted from the rank of corporal, where he served in their Patrol Division as a Field Training Officer. Sgt. Flores has been with Precinct 5 for five years, most recently as a Field Training Officer.
