Hostile Individual Arrested at Fry Road Eatery

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Restaurant Dispute Lands Man In Jail
Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton's Office were flagged down at a restaurant in the 3800 block of Fry Road regarding a hostile individual who refused to leave the premises. Through the investigation, it was determined that the 59-year-old male suspect had assaulted another customer who had already left the scene. The suspect became uncooperative during the investigation and was taken into custody. He was charged with Resisting Arrest/Search and was booked into the Harris County Jail.
