Helping Crime Victims

Loading Image...

Constable Ted Heap and his Crime Victims Assistance Unit joined two dozen law enforcement agencies and victims services organizations from across the Houston area yesterday at Crosspoint Community Church as part of National Crime Victims Rights Week.

Constable Heap and his staff are strong advocates for those who have been victims of crime. They have helped hundreds of Precinct 5 residents restore a sense of safety, comfort, dignity and hope for crime victims and their families. Thank you to their Citizens Police Academy Alumni for helping with yesterday’s event too!
