Harris County Sherriff's Office Homeless Outreach Team Cleans Up Homeless Encampent
The Harris County Sheriff's Office Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) responded to citizen complaints about unsanitary conditions along the Katy Freeway between Westgreen and Mason Roads.
