Harris County Deputies Arrest Assault Suspect in KatyFrom Terry Allbritton, Harris County Constable Precinct 5:PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Assault Suspect Arrested In KatyPrecinct 5 deputies were dispatched to an active disturbance between a male and female in the 1000 block of Western Springs Dr. Units arrived and found that an assault had occurred overnight between a husband and wife. Deputies observed several injuries on the female and a few on the male. The male was ultimately charged with Family Assault. The male was arrested and transported to Harris County Jail without incident.
