The City of Katy Trick or Treating and Other Halloween Activities
While The City of Katy does not control or sanction Halloween activities such as trick-or-treating, they are encouraging anyone who decides to participate in trick-or-treating to be informed of these safety recommendations.
Also, don't forget to turn your outside light off if you don't plan to pass out candy this year, and please inspect all candy before giving it to your children.
