PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Fleeing Suspect Caught In Katy
Constable Terry Allbritton's deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in the 22100 block of Merrymount Dr. near S. Mason Rd. As deputies were arriving on the scene, the suspect fled on foot through the back yard. Deputies were able to establish a perimeter and located the suspect one block over in the 22100 block of Woodrose Dr. The suspect was charged with evading arrest and transported to the Harris County Jail.
